• Can the Horizon Adventure 3 Treadmill connects with Zwift for interactive running?

  The Horizon Adventure 3 Treadmill does not connect to Zwift app. If you're after a treadmill that connects to Zwift, it would be our Horizon Paragon X Treadmill.

• Do all of the Horizon Treadmills have front wheels for easy moving?

  All Horizon Treadmills have front wheels for easy moving.

• Does Passport Player work on the Matrix TF30 Treadmill?

  The Passport Player wouldn't work on the Matrix TF30 Treadmill.

• Does the Horizon Adventure 1 Treadmill speaker connects via Bluetooth?

  The Horizon Adventure 1 Treadmill doesn't come with Bluetooth feature. It comes with audio jack that connects to the speaker.

• Does the Horizon Adventure 3 Treadmill has automatic recline feature?

  The Horizon Adventure 3 Treadmill is an automatic treadmill with auto incline feature.

• Does the Horizon Adventure 3 Treadmill have any shock absorption?

  The Horizon Adventure 3 Treadmill has shock absorption cushioning system.

• Does the Horizon Adventure 3 Treadmill have Bluetooth speakers and a fan?

  The Horizon Adventure 3 Treadmill does not have Bluetooth speakers or an inbuilt fan. It only have audio Jack.

• Does the Horizon Adventure 3 Treadmill have incline motor to adjust incline angle while I am running?

  The Horizon Adventure 3 Treadmill has incline motor. The incline range is between 0 - 10%

• Does the Horizon GR7 Bike come fully assembled or do I have to assemble it?

  The Horizon GR7 Bike will come boxed, so you will require assembly from your end.

• Does the Horizon Paragon X Treadmill work with the Passport system?

  The Horizon Paragon X Treadmill doesn't work with the Passport system. However, it comes with FitDisplay app.

• Does the Horizon TR5.0 Treadmill has Bluetooth speakers?

  The Horizon TR5.0 Treadmill comes with Bluetooth speakers.

• Does the Matrix CXC Indoor Bike have phone app integration feature?

  The Matrix CXC Indoor Bike only comes with a basic console, so it doesn’t integrate with apps. Only our Matrix CXP Indoor Bike have phone app integration feature.

• Does the Matrix TF30 with a XIR console treadmill connects to the TV?

  The Matrix TF30 with a XIR console treadmill doesn’t connect to the TV. Only the commercial ones do, such as the Matrix T7XE Treadmill.

• Does the Tempo Indoor Bike has fully magnetic resistance? Does this mean it is very quiet, or is there still some other mechanical resistance?

  The Tempo Indoor Bike uses air resistance. These bikes uses air to create resistance as there are fans attached to the flywheel. We have tested one and it is considerably quiet.

• Do you have any treadmill that supports 170kg weight limit?

  Yes, we do. Our commercial range can support weight of up to 180KG, such as the Matrix T7XE Treadmill.

• How accurate are running machine consoles and feed back?

  The distance is measured by the revolutions of the belt. Whether you walk or run and whatever the slope inclination, the calculated distance remains very accurate. All other information such as speed, time and etc will be accurate.

• Is it possible to add a power meter to my Matrix CXC Indoor Bike?

  You can change the crank arm to add a power meter. However, we do no sell these and so you're aware, any alterations to the bike or 3rd party add-ons will void the original warranty.

• Is it possible to view the product prior to purchase?

  Yes it is, our showroom is located at 78 Logis Boulevard, Dandenong South, 3175. All viewings are by appointment only, please contact us direct to book in a time.

• Is the Horizon Adventure 3 Treadmill suitable for running and what running speed do they go up to?

  The Horizon Adventure 3 Treadmill is suitable for running and walking. The Speed Range is from 0.8 to 18 km/h. This is one of our most popular treadmill for home use.

• Is the Horizon Paragon X Treadmill compatible with Zwift app?

  Yes, the Horizon Paragon X Treadmill is compatible with Zwift app. The treadmill can connect to Zwift app via Bluetooth without an add-on.

• Is the maximum resistance level higher on the Matrix E30 XR Elliptical than the Horizon Andes 7i Elliptical?

  The maximum resistance level is 20 in the Matrix E30 XR Elliptical. The maximum resistance level is 30 in the Horizon Andes 7i Elliptical.

• What is the condition of the showroom demo unit?

  Our showroom demo units are in near new condition. They are only a display model. They are not second-hand used.

• What's the compatible heart rate strap for Matrix CX series Training Cycle?

  The ANT+ and Polar Heart Rate Straps are compatible with the Matrix CX series Training Cycle console.

• What type of drive belt the Horizon GR6 bike has?

  The Horizon GR6 Bike has a rubber drive belt.

• Which bike is compatible with Zwift?

  The Horizon GR7 Indoor Cycle is compatible with Zwift and FitDisplay.

• Which equipment is compatible with the iFit app?

  Only the Matrix Commercial range is compatible with the iFit app.

• Which treadmill gives best cushioning and largest deck and most technology between the Horizon TR5.0 Treadmill and the Horizon Adventure 3 Treadmill?
