    Yes, our showroom units all come with 12 months parts and labour warranty. The warranty will be covered by our team as we have technicians all over Australia.

  • How to locate your serial number?

    Depending on the brand / model of your product, you may have one or more serial numbers. You can generally find these on the bottom or base of any frame and at the back of attached consoles.
  • Is there warranty on the product?

    Yes, all products bought through Johnson Fitness come with warranty. Please refer to the product page itself as warranty period varies by brand. All demo/showroom stock comes with standard 12 months parts and labour warranty.
  • Is the warranty transferable?

    Warranty extended to the original purchaser only. It is not transferable to any other party. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Warranty does not cover faults caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, or normal wear and tear. Warranty applies to a domestic use only.
  • My product is still under warranty, how do I make a claim?
