What maintenance is required for a treadmill?

For a treadmill, you will need to apply silicone lubricant between the walking belt and the deck. This will assist to reduce the friction between the back of the walking belt and the top surface of the deck. There is no set rule to when to lubricate the deck however we suggest once a month or 30 hours of use.
